APPEAL TO GOVERNMENTS AND PARLIAMENTS, INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY AND ALL PEOPLE OF GOOD WILL

            Dear friends!
   In the context of International campaign supporting Belarusian political prisoner, a prisoner of conscience, Alexandr Kozulin
   WE APPEAL TO
   Diplomatic representatives, foreign governments, heads of political parties to support the request of EU to Belarusian government to discharge political prisoners.
   Government of Republic Belarus to discharge the political prisoners from prisons and penal colonies of Belarus and stop political persecution of citizens.
   Deputies of all countries to support the Resolution of Republic Poland on 21 February 2007 “A Demand to discharge Alexandr Kozulin” and make similar Resolutions in your countries.
   Deputies of the House of Representatives of Republic Belarus to initiate a Parliamentary investigation of all criminal cases of political prisoners and their amnesty.
   We draw attention of UNO to suppressing democracy and violation of human rights in Republic Belarus.
   WE APPEAL TO
   Parliamentary Assembly of European Council, requesting to support an independent legal treatment of A. Kozulin’s case and make a Resolution concerning political repressions of Belarusian citizens.
   Scientific and student communities of the world to show solidarity with political prisoner Professor A. Kozulin and send letters to Belarusian government requesting to discharge A. Kozulin.
   Russian House of Commons requesting to make a Resolution demanding to discharge and rehabilitate A. Kozulin.
   International Remedial Organizations requesting to take part in Actions of solidarity with Belarusian political prisoners.
   We appeal to every one who stands for democratic values, freedom, human rights. Support A. Kozulin in his strife. 25 of November is A. Kozulin’s birthday. Let’s make pickets of solidarity all over the world this day.

   Brief information
   Alexandr Kozulin - a Professor, Doctor of Science, Academician, chairman of Belarusian Social-Democratic party Hramada.
   A candidate for the presidency of Republic Belarus during elections 2006, Kozulin was imprisoned for standing for democratic values, freedom and human rights in Belarus. He was sentenced to 5.5 years of imprisonment. In prison he went on 53-day hunger-strike protesting against illegal actions of President of Republic Belarus A.Lukashenko. He demanded examining violation of human rights in Belarus by UNO Security Council. He lost 40 kilos of weigh. A mighty politician reached his aim - Belarusian question was considered by UNO Security Council. Alexandr Kozulin was recognized by “International Amnesty” a Conscience prisoner.

   Freedom to Professor Kozulin!
   Professor Alexandr Kozulin has already spent one year in Belarusian prison. The last dictator of Europe A. Lukashenko convicted the candidate for the presidency of Republic Belarus, who stood for democracy, freedom and human rights to 5.5 years of imprisonment.
   In prison A. Kozulin went on 53-days hunger-strike, fighting for restoration of law in Republic Belarus. International remedial organization “International Amnesty” recognized A. Kozulin a Conscience prisoner.
   On 25 November Alexandr Kozulin will turn 52. His birthday he will spend in prison.
